Sony AI intelligent composition of the new flagship PTZ camera BRC-AM7, CTV avant-garde virtual studio first experience

As one of the most important and influential film and television production companies in China, CTV Vanguard Film & TV Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "CTV Vanguard") has accumulated a wealth of experience in filming and production of different types of programs, including the popular virtual filming.
In the virtual studio of CCTV Avant-Garde, the use of Sony's full-frame PTZ interchangeable lens camera ILME-FR7 and system camera HDC-2500 is one of the commonly used means, and basically meets the daily shooting needs. However, in the spirit of curiosity and exploration of new technologies and products, the newly released AI intelligent composition flagship camera BRC-AM7 enters the virtual studio of CTV Avant-Garde.

The BRC-AM7 not only features a more compact and lightweight body, but also offers greatly improved performance. In addition to the 1.0-type Exmor RS CMOS, 4K 60P high-quality images supporting up to 5K oversampling, 75° wide-angle, 20x zoom (equivalent to 24~480mm optical zoom), autofocus and other features, support for the Free-D protocol, built-in "AI" Intelligent Composition, in-camera customization, LUT, system compatibility with Sony's channel/cinema, and color matching pave the way for a wider and lighter virtual production.
